3. Services Available for Booking
Bookings may include, but are not limited to:

  • consultations;

  • educational services;

  • advisory services;

  • editing services;

  • proofreading services; and

  • other professional services described on this website.

Each service description will specify, where applicable:

  • the nature of the service;

  • the expected duration;

  • the applicable price;

  • any preparation requirements; and

  • any relevant terms specific to that service.

4. Making a Booking
Bookings may be made through:

  • Calendly;

  • email communication; or

  • other booking methods made available on this website.

When submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • your full name;

  • email address;

  • telephone number where required;

  • any information necessary to provide the requested service.

A booking request does not create a binding contract until the booking has been confirmed. A contract is formed when:

  • your booking is accepted;

  • payment has been received where payment is required in advance; and

  • confirmation has been sent to you.

5. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled using Calendly.
You are responsible for selecting an appropriate appointment time and ensuring that you are available at the agreed time. Booking confirmations and appointment reminders may be sent by email. Please check your email address carefully when making a booking.

6. Payment Terms
Payment requirements will be communicated before or during the booking process. Payment may be made through:

  • Stripe;

  • PayPal; or

  • bank transfer where agreed.

We do not collect, process or store full payment card details. Online payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. These providers may process personal and payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable financial regulations. Where payment is made by bank transfer, relevant payment details may be retained for accounting and reconciliation purposes.

7. Prices and Fees
All prices are displayed before booking confirmation. Unless otherwise stated:

  • prices are quoted in the applicable currency;

  • payment is required before services begin; and

  • additional charges will be communicated before they are incurred.

We reserve the right to update prices for future bookings. Changes to pricing will not affect bookings already confirmed.

8. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to provide the service effectively, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information;

  • attend appointments at the agreed time;

  • provide any required documents or materials promptly;

  • communicate any relevant requirements or limitations; and

  • comply with reasonable instructions relating to the service.

Delays caused by missing information, late responses or failure to attend may affect service delivery times.

9. Late Arrival and Missed Consultations
If you arrive late for a consultation, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. If you fail to attend a consultation without prior notice, the booking may be considered fulfilled and payment may not be refundable. Repeated missed consultations may result in refusal of future bookings.

10. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule an appointment by using the available rescheduling options provided through Calendly or by contacting us directly. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

11. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a booking by contacting us or using the cancellation options provided. Where cancellation occurs before services have started, refunds may be available subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation. Where services have already commenced:

  • payment may be retained for services already provided;

  • partial refunds may be considered where appropriate; and

  • completed services are generally non-refundable.

Nothing in these Booking Terms affects mandatory consumer rights under applicable Czech or European consumer protection legislation.

12. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the European Economic Area, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, where you request that services begin during this withdrawal period, you acknowledge that:

  • the service may begin before the end of the withdrawal period; and

  • your withdrawal right may be lost once the service has been fully performed.

Where services have partially commenced before withdrawal, you may be required to pay for the proportion of services already provided.

13. Service Delivery
We aim to provide services professionally and within any agreed timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • failure to provide required information;

  • technical problems outside our control;

  • third-party platform failures; or

  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information. Information provided during consultations or while delivering services will only be used for:

  • providing the requested services;

  • communicating with you;

  • fulfilling legal obligations; or

  • protecting our legitimate business interests.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Intellectual Property
Any materials, documents or deliverables created as part of the service remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • materials provided by Abigail Mokrá remain the property of Abigail Mokrá; and

  • clients receive permission to use completed deliverables only for their intended personal or business purpose.

16. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Booking Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law. Subject to mandatory legal rights:

  • services are provided based on the information available at the time;

  • we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the client; and

  • our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

  • process payments;

  • issue invoices;

  • communicate with clients; and

  • comply with legal obligations.

Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.

18. Third-Party Booking and Payment Providers
Bookings and payments may involve third-party services, including:

  • Calendly for scheduling;

  • Stripe for payment processing; and

  • PayPal for payment processing.

These providers operate independently and may process personal data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

19. Changes to These Booking Terms
We may update these Booking Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website with the effective date. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless required by law.

20. Governing Law
These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer residing in another European Economic Area country, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.

21. Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to contact us first regarding any concerns or complaints so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. Nothing in these Booking Terms affects your statutory consumer rights. Where applicable, consumers may also contact the relevant Czech consumer dispute resolution authority.
